Mike Skidmore - Talks
HOW TO MANAGE A BUSINESS AND PAINT A PORTRAIT
Painting a classical portrait requires a clear vision, good research, careful planning, technical know-how, creativity and lots of luck. It is also critical to balance leadership and management of the stakeholders in terms of expectations and subjectivity versus the reality of the medium.
In essence the whole process mirrors the issues that arise in driving any business forward including stakeholder buy-in, reputation with audiences and strong brand recognition.
As a painter, businessman and consultant on brand, strategy, customer retention and living the brand, Mike is able to draw upon his experiences in portrait painting to present a unique and engaging perspective on corporate life and issues.
The talk concludes with a dramatic portrait painting completed within 20 / 30 minutes.
